Is MichOrganics Hemp Legal?

In the context of hemp-derived products, THCa content is generally limited, as industrial hemp typically contains low levels of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the psychoactive compound. Many jurisdictions distinguish between hemp and marijuana, with hemp being legally defined as cannabis containing very low levels of THC (less than 0.3% THC in the United States).

The regulations surrounding commodities adhering to the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 are strict in order to safeguard the purchasing and shipping of hemp products allowed in most U.S states. MichOrganics Hemp ensures the accuracy and compliance with all regulations surrounding hemp.

MichOrganics Hemp has a Michigan State approved Hemp Growers license. We also have a Michigan State approved license to process, and handle Hemp. Not only are we compliant and licensed in our home state we are 100% federally legal.

All of our Hemp Products fall below the 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight which is required by federal law.

Federal legality vs State laws.

It is imperative to note that while hemp-derived products are federally legal, state laws vary. Some states have more regulations, or restrictions. Some states ban certain cannabis derived products. Check with your local state laws.
