Returns:
30-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at michorganicshemp@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. For higher-value items being returned, you might want to opt for a trackable shipping service or obtain shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Timing of Refunds:
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Exchanges:
Product Exchange:
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us to arrange for an exchange.
Ineligible Items:
Certain categories of items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These include, but are not limited to: Perishable items, gift cards, and sale items.
Cancellation
You have until your order is processed to request a cancellation. An email notification will be sent once your order has been processed. If the order has been processed and you still wish to return the item, please refer to the “Returns” section of this policy.
Third-Party Retail Purchases
Refunds for items purchased at independent retail locations or third-party websites are not handled by us. If you bought a MichOrganics Hemp product from a retail store or a website other than michorganicshemp.com, please contact the respective store or website directly for assistance. We do not have the means to monitor transactions or sales of products after they leave our facility.
Shipping
We do our best to ship out products same day. However, we cannot guarantee the shipping speed of our products. During peak times, such as holidays or higher than normal volume, shipping times may be increased.
On average, shipping times will vary between 4-7 business days. Express shipping is available at an increased cost. Handling time is not included in shipping times. MichOrganics Hemp is not responsible for any delays once the package has left our facility. If a package is lost, or delayed once it has left our facility, please contact the respective shipping company.
Please ensure accuracy when supply your shipping address. If an error was made, please contact us to make a change. We cannot guarantee we will be able to change your mailing address once your order has been submitted, and we cannot change your mailing address once your order has been processed.
By providing your email address and/or cell phone number, you authorize MichOrganics Hemp to send shipping confirmations, updates, and customer service inquiries related to your order.
Packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays, and orders placed during these periods may experience delays.
